Band Filter UnitPaper band filters are manufactured in various sizes, to suit a corresponding discharge rate from single or multiple vibratory finishing and grinding machines. They comprise, a structure manufactured in either carbon or stainless steel, reduction motor/gear-box, float switch, chain mesh belt to support the continuous length of filter paper. The band filter offers excellent filtration, whereby contaminates are extracted continuously, by trapping the contaminated sludge on the filter paper allowing the filtered water to pass. When the water can no longer pass, the water rises on the paper thus causing a float connected to a micro-switch to trigger the reduction motor, which then indexes automatically fresh paper and inconsequence the filtration cycle is repeated automatically. The contaminated paper is collected into a storage bin. |
